We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and bars just a short walk away. the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the free bikes, which we used to explore the area. we had a fantastic experience.
The showerhead was slightly blocked, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk away from some great restaurants and bars. The free bike hire was also a great benefit, as we were able to explore the local area easily. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
We were disappointed with the quality of our room, especially considering it was New Year's Eve. The showerhead was partly blocked and there was a scruffy dog roaming around the premises, which made us feel uneasy. Additionally, the lock on our door was flimsy and we didn't feel particularly safe. we were not satisfied with our experience.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel with its helpful staff, great amenities such as Smart TV, great wifi, and free bikes. In addition, we enjoyed the lovely yard and hangout spot, along with the surprise of a free breakfast in the mornings. The sofa bed was a great addition, making it perfect for families, and we also appreciated the offer of a free BBQ if we bought prawns or pork at a nearby outdoor market. this hotel provided a welcoming environment with great hospitality and value.

The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was great for a city trip. the hotel's location was quiet and peaceful, yet convenient with plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.
The lack of security was concerning as the door lock was flimsy and could easily be opened with a pocket knife. there was a scruffy dog wandering around inside the hotel, which may be an issue for those with allergies or fears of dogs.
